Together, we support and advise our clients on their IT Estates and collaborate to ensure that their digital transformation journey is successful.   "We believe in the power of technology to drive the greater good." - This is why we are looking for a Business Development Manager - Oracle (m/f/d) to join our sales team at one of our office locations in Germany, preferably in Dusseldorf or Munich. We can offer a communicative and dynamic team environment, as well as flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes. When appointed for this role, your primary responsibility will be to drive incremental Oracle services and licensing sales through up-sell, cross-sell, and new logo, as well as achieving sales targets. Moreover, it is envisaged that you will develop a plan to leverage sales, partners, and the broader organization in the optimum fashion to achieve the target and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The role also includes managing the creation of campaigns and following up through to execution, with clearly defined and measured deliverables. At Crayon we value the development of our teammates, and as such you will have an individual development program and further training opportunities through participation in internal and external seminars.  Among the key responsibilities, we can highlight the following:  Responsibility for the overall Oracle business in Germany, and development of a Go-To-Market strategy & business plan to meet targets and positioning Crayon in the market  Collaboration in further development of the Crayon sales strategy for Oracle  Drive new sales initiatives on Oracle together with Crayon Germany, including lead generation and continuous development of sales pipeline, as well as interface to Account Managers and Sales Managers Preparation and execution of targeted marketing activities  Establish a successful relationship with Oracle locally   Support the local services organization on building Oracle competencies and services for the German market  Assist in customer engagements providing added value   We see you as someone with a winning attitude and strong relationship building skills. We believe you are results-oriented with a competitive mindset. You have a keen eye for details and are able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders on all levels in order to achieve and exceed common goals.
